Machine Operator

Set up machines and adjust settings based on production requirements. Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and cut lists. Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work closely with production team members to meet deadlines and production goals.
  • Requirements & Qualifications Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or woodworking preferred.
Basic understanding of measurements and ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good communication skills; English required for safety and coordination. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Additional Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred 3-5+ years of experience in cabinet or furniture manufacturing Experience with CNC machines and woodworking equipment Familiarity with production processes and quality standards
