Pay:

$21 per hour

Shift:

7 - 3:30pm Job details: Perform press operations and machine set-ups efficiently according to production needs. Ensure all work meets high quality standards through regular inspection and adherence to quality control processes. Maintain, clean, and calibrate tools and equipment; promptly report any issues or malfunctions. Take personal accountability for delivering high quality output. Cross-train with other departments to support operational flexibility and teamwork. Adapt effectively to a dynamic environment where work demands and skills are continually changing. Develop and support highly functional, collaborative relationships with senior staff, key stakeholders, and influencers across the organization. Continually seek out best-known methods and new ways of thinking, encouraging others to do the same. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the company's commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and respect for individuals.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with stamping press operations preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.
