As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be an integral part of the production team supporting the assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Manufacturing Operator (Available in all 3 shifts)
Location:
Bedford, MA Pay Range:
$20 to $25 upon exp and shift
Shifts:
1st
  • 6:00am to 3:00pm M-F 2nd
  • 3:00pm to 12:00am M-F 3rd
  • 6:00pm
  • 6:00am 3 days a week and every other Saturday What's the Job?
Operate assembly equipment and second operation machines to produce membrane products. Verify product quality visually and through inspection, taking corrective actions as needed. Package finished products according to specified standards and document all relevant data accurately. Perform setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety protocols and wearing required PPE. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures. Proficiency with measuring devices, basic math, and computer data entry.(SAP) Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. What's in it for me?
