Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking skilled and experienced Embroidery Machine Operators to join our clothing manufacturing team in East Boston. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available for the right candidates. If you have a passion for quality craftsmanship and hands-on production work, we want to hear from you.

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00
PM Compensation:
Dependent on Experience (DOE) Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce high-quality finished products Set up machines including threading, hooping, and loading design files Inspect completed embroidery work for quality assurance and accuracy Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Assist with basic clothing manufacturing tasks Collaborate with production team to meet daily output goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisor promptly Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on embroidery machine operation experience required Familiarity with commercial embroidery equipment (multi-head machines preferred) Experience with clothing manufacturing processes is a plus Ability to read and interpret embroidery design files and work orders Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
