Responsibilities:

Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins. Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures. Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize dishwashing machine and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Keep items separated, organized, and in good rotation Follow all company guidelines regarding cleaning and sanitation. Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying tempatures. Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays) based on business needs. Other duties as assigned.
