Braintree, MA Job Details Contract $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Machine operation Basic math High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility Computer skills FDA regulations Full Job Description Seeking a Manufacturing Operator I for a medical manufacturing environment in Braintree, MA. The ideal candidate will have cleanroom experience, basic machining or manufacturing exposure, computer proficiency, and the ability to work with Cow Hide/Biological Material. This role involves operating computer-controlled manufacturing equipment, performing inspections, following GMP/SOP procedures, and maintaining accurate production documentation in a regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate computer-controlled manufacturing equipment including swiss lathes, grinders, honing machines, centerless grinders, and automated parts washers. Perform dimensional and visual inspections including First Article Inspections. Follow SOPs and GMP guidelines in a regulated manufacturing environment. Record production, inspection, and training data accurately in manufacturing systems. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, safety, and environmental regulations. Perform basic troubleshooting on machine equipment when required. Maintain cleanroom standards and full gowning procedures. Work collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Handle Cow Hide/Biological Material as part of the manufacturing process.

Qualification:
High School Diploma or GED required. 0-3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or related field. Experience in medical device/manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working in regulated environments such as
GMP/FDA/ISO
preferred. Knowledge of Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Sunnen Hone, Centerless Grinders, or Fanuc Robotics preferred. Ability to work in a cleanroom with full-body gowning. Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written). Basic math and computer skills required. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be comfortable working with Cow Hide/Biological Material.

$23.00 per hour
