3rd shift 10:00p to 6:30a Sunday through Thursday Position Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring pouch-making equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This role involves machine setup assistance, performing quality checks, making minor machine adjustments, and supporting production schedules while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires effective communication with team members across shifts and adherence to all safety and quality procedures.
