About the role Prodrive Technologies is a global leader in advanced manufacturing, delivering high-quality products for industries such as medical, clean energy, automotive, and industrial automation. At our U.S. facility, we combine precision, innovation, and teamwork to build assemblies that power the future. We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician to join our team. You will assemble and test products ranging from simple to complex builds using manual and automated processes such as heat staking, dispensing, laser marking, functional testing, and visual inspection. This role is critical in ensuring products are built efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with tools and machinery, and can balance independent work with strong teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and test parts, subassemblies, and systems efficiently and per instructions Perform manual and automated processes including heat staking, dispensing, laser marking, testing, and inspection Conduct functional tests and visual quality checks Follow all procedures and quality standards Escalate equipment, material, or process issues to the Team Lead Provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency Cross-train across equipment and processes to support team flexibility

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the U.S. Passionate about hands-on assembly work Strong accountability, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination Comfortable using computers for daily tasks Ability to follow instructions consistently and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (English); eager to learn and take initiative Passionate about technology Responsible for your tasks and take initiative.​ Ambitious, desire to learn.​ Detail-oriented and result-driven

Preferred Skills and Experience:
