Machine Operators Mach10 Solutions Chicopee, MA Job Details Full-time $22.80 - $27.50 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Math Full Job Description We are actively looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team in Chicopee for 12-hour manufacturing and machine operator roles across our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates with a background in the manufacturing or machine sectors are encouraged to apply. It is beneficial if you have prior experience with machine setup, operation, mechanical maintenance, precision measuring, assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks.

Note:

All production staff will undergo a 90-day training period on the 1st shift, scheduled from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. 2nd shift hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm 3rd shift hours: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Compensation:

$24 to $25 per hour Applicants are required to complete a math and mechanical aptitude assessment, as well as successfully clear a background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Core Competencies:

Ability to resolve mechanical issues to ensure consistent production flow. Experience with metal forming and stamping processes using progressive dies.
