Job Description

Westaff is looking for a Post Conversion Operator in the Clinton, MA for Immediate Start!
Location:
Clinton, MA Shift:
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay Rate:
$19/hour This role supports the final processing stages of abrasive blanks, including treating, labeling, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform picking, packing, treating, and labeling of abrasive blanks
  • Follow ISO procedures and quality standards
  • Inspect blanks for grade, density, and dimensional accuracy
  • Process materials according to Post Conversion work instructions
  • Enter production data into the Blank Manufacturing Database
  • Follow instructions for blank molding, blank grinding, and resin blank inspection
  • Assist with mixing operations, glue preparation. Benefits
