Westaff is looking for a Post Conversion Operator in the Clinton, MA for Immediate Start!
Location:
Clinton, MA Shift:
Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pmPay Rate:
$19/hour plus $2.50/hr Shift Differential This role supports the final processing stages of abrasive blanks, including treating, labeling, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. Key Responsibilities- Perform picking, packing, treating, and labeling of abrasive blanks
- Follow ISO procedures and quality standards
- Inspect blanks for grade, density, and dimensional accuracy
- Process materials according to Post Conversion work instructions
- Enter production data into the Blank Manufacturing Database
- Follow instructions for blank molding, blank grinding, and resin blank inspection
- Assist with mixing operations, glue preparation. Benefits
