In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting Make minor adjustments to machines to maintain production flow Follow all safety regulations, GMPs, and company policies Accurately complete production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

1-3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs+ Preferred (Not Required): Experience in food manufacturing or packaging Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards Experience with automated or high-speed production lines Why Join Us?
