Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Mixer Operator to join our client's manufacturing team.
This role is responsible for producing high-quality products by following production formulas, operating mixing equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial mixing processes, forklift operation, and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Follow production schedules and priorities established by management. Add raw materials and components to mix tanks and operate mixing equipment, including ball mills. Manufacture products according to production formulas and quality standards. Transfer finished products into totes, drums, and pails. Print and apply product labels accurately. Clean and maintain mix tanks, ball mills, and related equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and operating floor-cleaning equipment. Properly dispose of waste materials and recyclables according to company procedures. Follow all company safety, environmental, and health regulations. Assist with additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience operating high-speed dispersing mixers. Minimum 1 year of experience batch mixing from production formulas. Ability to read and follow production formulas in English. Ability to distinguish colors accurately. Experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift. Basic computer skills for label printing and production tasks. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50+ pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to work overtime when production demands require it. Apply today! #IND123
