What You'll Be Doing As an Extrusion Operative, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor extrusion equipment used in the production of silicone tubing. Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct routine inspections to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements. Collaborate closely with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency. Identify and report any quality concerns or equipment issues promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. Previous manufacturing, extrusion, or production experience is beneficial but not required. Pay Details:
$36,000.00 to $49,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
