50 per hour depending on experience
Shift:
Days 7am-7pm | Nights 7pm-7am (Mon
- Wed with alternating Thurs) What's a typical day as Machine Operator?
You'll be: Set up and operate production machines Loading rolls of paper onto machines Monitor and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance Operate overhead hoist, trucks, and dollies to transport materials Follows production guidelines to meet quantity and quality targets. Monitoring product quality and complete quality checks Detects and reports equipment issues, process problems, and abnormal conditions to the Supervisor. Participating actively in analysis and troubleshooting to correct issues. Cleaning machines and work areas according to established specifications. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED. Can lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced team environment. Are proficient in reading, understanding, and communicating in English. Have the ability to read and comprehend safety policies, regulations, and basic product/process documentation. Possess basic math skills, including arithmetic, decimals, fractions, use of formulas, charts, and interpretation of data. Forklift operation experience is preferred. Experience with 5S is a plus.
