Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Digital Machine Operator to join our production team. This isn't just a "button-pusher" role—we need someone who understands the mechanics of high-end digital presses, can troubleshoot on the fly, and takes pride in delivering crisp, color-accurate prints every time. What You'll Do

• Run the

Floor:

Setup and operate high-volume digital print equipment, specifically Canon (imagePRESS series) and Xerox machines.

Quality Control:

Monitor output for color consistency, registration, and defects. You'll be the final line of defense before the product reaches the client.

Tech Maintenance:

Perform routine daily maintenance and clear minor jams to keep production moving.

File Prep:

Review job tickets and digital files to ensure correct paper stock, finishing specs, and quantities are used.

Post-Press:

Assist with basic finishing (cutting, folding, binding) as needed to meet tight deadlines. What You Bring

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a commercial print environment using Canon and Xerox digital presses.

Software Savvy:

Proficiency with EFI Fiery Command WorkStation or similar digital front ends (DFE).

• Eye for

Detail:

You can spot a 1mm registration shift or a color fluctuation from across the room.

Stamina:

Ability to stand for long shifts and lift paper cartons (up to 50 lbs).
