Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.30 per hourShift:
1st (Monday -Friday 6:00am-2:30pm) What's a typical day as a Packaging/Labeling Technician? You'll be: Supporting the safe, accurate, and compliant execution of repackaging operations across various process areas. Performing material and product handling, including movement, staging, and organization of bulk materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Handling and verifying components such as containers, closures, labels, and packaging materials. Repackaging chemical products (powders and liquids) in both regulated and non-regulated environments. Operating within controlled environments such as gloveboxes and hoods. Utilizing production equipment including pumps, scales, sealing tools, and related systems. Executing labeling, verification, and fulfillment of standard and custom bulk orders. Supporting material flow, order readiness, and movement of work through operational processes. Participating in cross-functional activities aligned with business needs and operational priorities. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Possess high school diploma / GED (required) Are able to learn and perform all repack functions with some supervision. Can follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements exactly as written. Demonstrate a Safety First mindset and are willing to escalate concerns as needed. Are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality and operational reliability. Have the willingness to actively participate in hazard identification and continuous improvement activities. Preferably have experience in a manufacturing, production, or chemical handling environment (not required but a plus).
