Job Description

CONTRACT TO HIRE
  • PLYMOUTH, MA SHIFTS:
    1st = 7:00am
  • 3:30pm 2nd = 3:30pm
  • 12:00am 3rd = 9:00pm-7:30am / M
  • Thurs.
(4x10) SUMMARY Entry-level production operator role responsible for supporting multiple manufacturing process areas including cleaning, coating/cutting, exposure/film application, and develop operations. Job Requirements Ability to perform hands-on production work requiring hand dexterity Ability to work in environments that may involve dirt/chemicals and required PPE (apron, shoe covers, safety goggles) Ability to work in a heat/pressure room and clean room environment as assigned Ability to support multiple process areas (cleaning, coating/cut, exposure, develop) Job Responsibilities Perform cleaning department tasks to prepare parts for downstream processing Support coating/cut operations, including work performed in heat/pressure room and clean room environments Perform exposure operations by applying film to parts per process requirements to create required shapes/dimensions Perform develop operations by removing resist material per work instructions Wear required PPE and follow safety requirements for assigned process areas Maintain work area organization and follow standard work instructions for each process step
