What You'll Be Doing Package and label products accurately, ensuring all SKUs and information match Handle product safely and organize packaged goods for storage and distribution Operate packaging equipment and machinery with care and precision Perform quality checks throughout the packaging process Assist with inventory tracking and organization Keep workspaces and equipment clean, sanitized, and inspection-ready Support overall workflow to keep production moving efficiently What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures closely Reliable, consistent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying focused throughout the day Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 10-20 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and use ladders as needed Ability to adapt and shift priorities when needed Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in a growing industry while building hands-on experience in a production setting.
