Machine Operator

Job Title:

Machine Operator We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Machine Operators to join our expanding team. We are experiencing significant growth and looking for production associates to work in both manual assembly and automated areas. Responsibilities Load machines with material for threading. Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications. Document quality errors or scrap. Essential Skills Consistent work history with good reasons for employment changes. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to move around the production floor, sit or stand for an entire shift. Effective communication skills for documenting machine updates and scrap. High School Diploma or GED required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior machine operating experience or strong mechanical skills. Ability to read and interpret safety rules and write simple correspondence. Strong math skills, including the ability to add, multiply, divide, and work with fractions and decimals. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our manufacturing facility is clean, loud, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable and efficient working environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ludlow, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
