We are a major supplier of innovative, high-quality parts to the Aerospace, Photonics, Telecommunications, and Commercial industries. The company was acquired by TRUMPF Photonics in 2019 and has significant growth goals. About the Role The Manufacturing Operator Level I will be responsible for various manufacturing processes on production parts, machine setup, and machine operations. The functions adhere to the pre-established process sheets and procedures that identify the manufacturing practices specific to each type of manufactured part to ensure and maintain lot integrity. What You Get to Do Works under general supervision Review blueprints with an understanding of process requirements Inspect parts dimensionally against customer requirements Follow all safety protocols Maintain an organized and clean work area Cross-train as requested in other areas of the company About You 0-3 years of experience. Must be able to work in a standing or sitting position for up to 10 hours. Must be able to wear a lab coat, a spittle mask, boot covers, and gloves while working. The position requires working with chemicals, measuring devices, and microscopes. Must be able to work with general supervision and demonstrate extremely high levels of precision and accuracy. Furnace, Plating, and/or Machining experience recommended.
