We use the most up-to-date technology and progressive processes in manufacturing (ranging from manual to fully automatic) to provide our clients with innovative products. An ideal candidate is passionate about finding out how machines work, possesses good problem-solving skills and enjoys automation system maintenance. You will succeed in this role if you have a desire to take control of your income through hard work and dedication. Through our OPTIM program, you have ownership over your paycheck by maintaining attendance, following policies and procedures, and committing to flexible overtime - effective week 1! Requirements Team members need to be mechanically inclined in order to set-up and operate machinery safely and efficiently to production standards. The ability to move around to different machines and work on your feet or sitting and being able to communicate effectively with other employees is required. Standard hours for S1 are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Weekly and at times weekend overtime is available as business need requires. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen if offered the position. Eligible for attendance/performance bonuses starting WEEK 1! Individuals who participate in weekly bonuses could increase their annual salary 28% or more!
