Who We Are Searching For:
We're on the hunt for a team player who's ready to bring their mechanical savvy and problem-solving abilities to the forefront of security technology. You're perfect for this role if you have: A High School diploma (or equivalency) and are mechanically inclined with a knack for mathematics and technology. The physical ability to become one with your machine—understanding, operating, troubleshooting, and maybe even whispering to it to keep things running smoothly. Basic computer skills to keep up with the digital side of manufacturing. The strength to lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally) and the agility to navigate the dynamic landscape of a manufacturing production floor. A team-oriented mindset, armed with effective communication skills, ready to collaborate, innovate, and excel.
What You Will Be Doing:
Become skilled at operating CNC machinery, playing a critical role in assembling the components that define security. Dive into the world of assembly and secondary machining, where precision meets efficiency. Collaborate with your peers and supervisor to synchronize production schedules and set new standards of productivity and efficiency. Champion quality and punctuality, pushing the boundaries to exceed customer expectations. Engage in team strategizing to enhance performance, tackle challenges, and elevate workplace safety and organization. Rise to meet (and surpass) performance benchmarks. Take advantage of opportunities for overtime, contributing to the team's success during peak production periods.
