What You'll Do Operate automated manufacturing equipment Monitor machine performance and production output Perform quality inspections and product testing Complete production and quality documentation Make minor machine adjustments as needed Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks Maintain accurate product labeling and lot traceability Follow quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures Keep work areas clean and organized What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience preferred Machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail Good mechanical aptitude Reliable attendance and dependability Ability to follow written instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion Why Work at Super Brush?
