PM Pay:

No machine operator experience is required—we will train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. For over 65 years, Super Brush has manufactured precision foam swabs used in medical, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. Our products are proudly Made in the USA and trusted by customers worldwide. What You'll Do Learn to operate automated foam swab production equipment Monitor product quality during production Package and label finished products Perform basic quality checks and pull tests Complete simple production paperwork and logs Maintain lot control and product traceability Keep work areas clean and organized Follow safety, quality, and clean room procedures Work as part of a team to meet production goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and counting skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Employer-Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Join a stable, family-owned company and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
