This is a 4 day work week. Responsibilities Operate a metal finishing machine to grind metal parts. Responsible for grinding, polishing, and preparing metal components to meet high-quality and visual appearance standards. This role ensures that all parts are free of defects, properly finished, and ready for assembly or shipment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to consistent workmanship in a production environment. Inspect finished parts for conformance to workmanship and quality standards. Communicate surface finish concerns or part issues to team leads. Qualifications 2 years working as a Machine Operator or Manufacturing Associate Grinding and deburring parts would be a plus Machine Shop Trade School experience Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files confidently. Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately.
