Production Technician/ Material Handler Duration :
09 Months contract (possibilities of extension or conversion to FTE)

On-site 5 days, Westborough or North reading,
MA Payrate :
$17
  • $19 per hour

Responsibilities :
Service Technicians are members of the Assembly and Logistics teams within the general manufacturing team responsible for building, automated testing, and packaging of products manufactured internally. Production associates use their general knowledge of manufacturing tools (including but not limited to torque tools, wrenches, channel locks, etc.). Required tasks and build electro-mechanical units utilizing industry best practices. Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols. Learning systems and tools for material management, as well as coordinating methods of delivery with suppliers and customers.
Required Skills:
1 year of overall experience
Material Handler:
Has used power tools, power jacks, if they have done
HIT Training Assembly Work:
Background in a production or assembly environment. Mechanical skills (not to change a transmission, but someone who has used small tools in production/ building/ creating something). Candidates should be comfortable with somewhat repetitive steps.
Materials World:
Experience in material handling, logistics, inventory, shipping, or receiving.
Hand Tool Proficiency:
Comfort and experience with the use of hand tools is critical.
Education Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent
