Operates and monitors the machines in accordance with established procedures and checks for proper web tracking, ink circulation, machine operations, and other irregularities.
Organizes work area in a clean and efficient manner to perform processes according to established standards, productivity levels, housekeeping, and safety requirements outlined in Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs).Works with press attendant and material handlers to order and maintain inventory control of inks, glues, and other raw materials as required.
Informs supervisor of operating deviations or mechanical problems when they occur. Proposes machine modification and upgrades to improve production and quality of products.
Performs all operations in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA laws, company policies, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs), while maintaining a consistent production measure in accordance with all work instructions and manufacturing orders (MO).Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and management staff.

This position reports to the 3rd shift, which operates Sunday through Thursday from 11pm to 7am How you will make an impact: Ensures that Manufacturing Order (MO) schedule is being followed. Responsible for accurate production reporting. Responsible for components in visual workspace.
