West Springfield MA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Filler Operator to join a fast-paced production team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling equipment to ensure products are accurately filled, packaged, and prepared according to company quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor filler equipment during production runs
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed
Ensure products meet quality, safety, and production standards
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Maintain accurate production and downtime records
Follow sanitation and GMP procedures at all times
Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and line setup
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Skills:

Knowledge of GMP and sanitation standards
Forklift certification is a plus
Experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environments
Ability to perform minor machine adjustments and changeovers Education:

1-4 years Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and quality control
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Reliable attendance and good work ethic
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
