This role involves operating and monitoring equipment used to produce high-quality rubber products while maintaining safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Set up and operate rubber processing and molding equipment. Load raw materials and rubber compounds into production machinery. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to temperature, pressure, and operating speeds as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine cleaning and maintenance. Track production data, including output, scrap, downtime, and efficiency metrics. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience. Experience with injection molding, compression molding, extrusion, or similar processes is a plus. Ability to follow written work instructions and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
Pay:
$18.25 - $18.75 per hour
