This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential based on performance and attendance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient production, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and organized manufacturing environment. Schedule • 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM • Monday through
Friday Note:
Reliable transportation is required, as public transportation is not available at the end of the shift.
Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and consistent production output.
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep machines running properly.
Material Handling:
Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Safety & Organization:
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Documentation:
Accurately complete production and quality records.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
Work Ethic:
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Attention to
Detail:
Strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Technical Ability:
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. #IND3
