The ideal candidate will have experience operating high-speed food manufacturing equipment, performing equipment adjustments and troubleshooting, and maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. 1st

5:45 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:15 PM - 11:00

PM Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor high-speed filling and packaging equipment to meet production goals and quality standards. Perform routine machine troubleshooting, minor repairs, adjustments, and product changeovers. Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and report any issues that may impact production. Follow all line-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete required production, quality, and operational documentation accurately. Maintain compliance with GMPs, food safety, food defense, HACCP, SQF, and other applicable manufacturing standards. Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures for equipment, utensils, and production areas. Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members regarding production needs and equipment performance. Work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications Experience operating high-speed manufacturing, filling, or packaging equipment. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic mechanical adjustments. Familiarity with horizontal and vertical flexible packaging systems preferred. Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and food manufacturing best practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Effective verbal communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in a food manufacturing, packaging, or production environment. Experience with filler equipment, packaging lines, or related automated production systems is a plus. Additional Requirements Ability to commute to Rosedale, MD 21237. Availability for day or evening shifts. Occasional weekend work may be required. This is an on-site position.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience
