URGENTLY
seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various MAILING machinery and equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to quality control standards. Duties Operate and monitor MAILING machinery such as Flowmasters, Inkjet systems, Bindery machines, Folders, Inserters , ect. Perform setup and adjustments on machinery Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify product dimensions. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and packaging of finished products. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment while adhering to company policies regarding quality control. Requirements Proven experience in a mail facility is essential. Familiarity with mailing machines, machine operation, quality procedures Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining processes, tooling, assembly, and materials handling. Experience with quality control procedures and an understanding of precision measuring instruments is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
