Job Description

Only qualified "Machine Operator " candidates located near the Hunt Valley Maryland area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presenceEducation Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalentEducation Preferred
  • Associate of Arts Degree (AA) technical degree preferredExperience Required
  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing or machine operation experience
  • Ability to work first shift schedule consistently
  • Ability to attend mandatory onboarding training during first shift hours
  • Experience following SOPs safety procedures and quality standards
  • Ability to work overtime or flexible hours as neededExperience Preferred
  • Experience in FDA GMP or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience operating automated production equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting or performing minor maintenance on manufacturing equipmentTech Skills Required
  • Ability to operate adjust and monitor manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
  • Basic computer and Windows environment skills
  • Ability to read charts diagrams and manufacturing instructions
  • Basic math and documentation skillsTech Skills Preferred
  • Experience using gauges jigs and fixtures for inspections
  • Familiarity with production quality monitoring and GMP documentationSoft Skills Required
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Set up operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
  • Perform filling packing labeling assembly and inspection duties
  • Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
  • Perform minor maintenance and preventative maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate production quality and maintenance records
  • Follow GMP FDA housekeeping and safety procedures
  • Support production quality checks and inspections
  • Maintain clean organized and safe work areas
  • Work overtime as needed to support production requirementsAdditional Information
  • 1st shift Monday through Thursday from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • In person interviews held Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM
  • Mandatory onboarding training for 1 week Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Manufacturing and machine operation experience strongly preferred
  • Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
