Job Description
There are various schedules available ranging from early morning, afternoons, and night shift. Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and prepare production machines at the start of each shift. Monitor machine operations (speed, temperature, pressure) and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products for defects. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues or malfunctions. Skills Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring instruments. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts based on production; Ability to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as required by production demands. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
