Job Description:

  • Entry level position-PPE provided The ideal Machine Operator will:
Machine Operation & Setup:
Start, stop, and operate machinery (e.g., baggers, sealers, fillers) according to production schedules.
Production Monitoring:
Monitor machine speed, temperatures, and, seal quality, making minor adjustments to ensure efficient operation and low waste.
Trouble shooting:
Using manual or power tools to fix jams
Quality Control :
Inspect finished products for proper weight, packaging, labeling, and seals to meet specifications.
Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and basic repairs, such as clearing jams or clearing machine jams.
Material Handling:
Ensure adequate supply of packaging materials (roll stock, labels, cartons) and handle raw products.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate production logs, including metal detector checks and batch records.
  • This is a Full-time opportunity!!!
  • The ideal candidate must have :
Technical Skills:
Ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical machinery.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull heavy materials. Attention to
Detail:
Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, with previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 1st Shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift 2:30 PM - 11:00
PM Pay Rate Starts At:
$17.50 to $18.00/hr.
  • Pay range is based on experience and certifications.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
