Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Edgebander Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining edgebanding machinery used in the production of high-quality millwork and cabinetry. Your expertise will ensure precise application of edge banding materials, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our products. Responsibilities Operate edgebanding machines to apply veneer, PVC, or laminate edges onto panels and boards with accuracy and consistency Set up and adjust machinery parameters to match specific job requirements, ensuring optimal performance Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform minor maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse or fabrication area, including loading, unloading, and moving panels using forklifts or other materials handling equipment Follow safety protocols diligently while working with machinery, tools, and materials in a manufacturing environment Collaborate with team members on assembly and fabrication tasks to meet production deadlines Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine settings, and quality checks to ensure traceability Requirements Proven experience operating edgebanding machines or similar manufacturing equipment in a millwork or cabinetry setting Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques used in woodworking or construction industries Warehouse experience including materials handling using forklifts or similar equipment is preferred Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to assembly, machining, carpentry, and fabrication Ability to read technical drawings or specifications related to millwork projects Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards Join our team as an Edgebander Machine Operator if you're passionate about craftsmanship, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute your mechanical skills toward producing top-tier products.
