• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and packaging products in compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations to ensure product quality and safety. The Packager will work in a warehouse environment, utilizing hand tools and mechanical knowledge to efficiently complete packaging tasks. Duties Assemble and fabricate packaging materials as per specifications. Operate hand tools and machinery to package products securely. Ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations throughout the packaging process. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Monitor production lines for quality assurance, reporting any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the warehouse environment. Utilize logic controllers for automated packaging processes when applicable. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively. Experience with forklifts is a plus; certification may be required. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift packages, and perform repetitive tasks.
