Pay:

$18.00•$23.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Available Shifts Monday-Friday:

1st

Shift:

6:30 AM•2:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:30 PM•10:30 PM 3rd

Shift:

10:30 PM•6:30 AM What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently: Interpret work instructions and specifications toplete production tasks Operate and monitor machinery, making adjustments as needed Identify defects or equipment issues and take corrective action Assemble and position materials using fixtures, chucks, vises, or automated systems Inspect and measure finished parts using tools like pin gauges and thread gauges Maintain proper lubrication and coolant levels during operation Lift materials up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis Cross-train in multiple departments as needed What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions Basic math and shop math skills Experience using measuring tools and inspection instruments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and strong safety record Ability tomunicate effectively in English Why You'll Love This Job Competitive pay with shift differentials available Stable, growingpany with advancement opportunities Hands-on training and skill development Team-oriented environment w your work makes an impact Strong focus on safety and employee success Today! Pay Details:
