Job Description We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Operators in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will perform manual assembly, operate manufacturing equipment, and monitor automated machinery. Our employees receive cross-training across departments to foster continuous development and keep the work engaging. Responsibilities Perform manual assembly tasks. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment. Monitor the performance of automated machinery. Participate in cross-training across various departments. Essential Skills Experience in production and assembly. Hand dexterity. A minimum of 6 months of relevant work history. Work Environment Work in a dynamic manufacturing facility during the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The environment is designed to support cross-training and development, ensuring a variety of experiences and continued learning. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Biddeford, ME. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr. 16 ETO days 12 paid holidays (including Winter Closure!) Medical / Dental / Vision 401k Company Match Tuition Reimbursement $1000 Sign-On Bonus Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Biddeford,ME.
