Job Description

Restroom Crew Lead Lead the crew. Hit the road. Keep events running smoothly. We're looking for a full-time, temp-to-hire, dependable, hands-on Restroom Crew Lead to oversee daily restroom rental operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, leading a team, driving, and keeping customers happy, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support the Restroom Crew throughout the day Load equipment and ensure crews have everything needed for each job Drive company vehicles and tow-behind trailers to event and job sites Deliver, set up, sanitize, restock, and return restroom rental units Keep jobs on schedule and communicate with Dispatch Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Follow site plans, safety procedures, and seasonal winterizing practices Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and inventory Train and support crew members
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license required (motor vehicle record will be checked and must be clean driving record for this position) Experience leading or supervising a team Comfortable driving vehicles with large tow-behind trailers Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Positive attitude with strong customer service skills Flexible and willing to assist in other areas as needed Ability to work occasional weekends and event shifts
