Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Machine Operator to operate CNC grinding equipment and manual lathes in a production environment. This position is responsible for producing quality parts to specification, sharpening drills, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate CNC grinding machines to manufacture and finish precision components. Set up, load, and monitor machines during production runs. Operate manual lathes for machining and finishing operations. Perform drill sharpening and tool maintenance as required. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain quality standards and document production information as required. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and operational. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with other production tasks as assigned. Qualifications Willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and arms for machine operation and material handling.

Wage:

$20-$25
