Entry Level Milling Operator

We're looking for a new team member who is mechanically inclined, good at problem-solving, enjoys working with their hands, takes direction well, and appreciates working outdoors. Responsibilities include operating a log mill, kiln-drying wood, using a commercial log splitter, and working with a table saw. Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds. Experience is preferred but not required — we're eager to train motivated, dependable individuals. This is an excellent apprenticeship opportunity to work alongside our mill manager and develop skills that will last a lifetime. We offer the potential for pay raises as skills develop and commitment is demonstrated.
