Lumber Yard Worker

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Lumber Yard Worker to join our production team. This position involves stacking, sorting, and preparing lumber for shipment in a fast-paced mill or warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically capable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities Stack and sort lumber by size and grade Inspect wood for defects or damage Band and prepare lumber bundles for shipment Keep work area clean and organized Follow all workplace safety procedures Assist machine operators and production staff as needed Requirements Ability to lift a considerable amount repeatedly without issue Able to bend, lift, twist without issue Comfortable standing for long periods Reliable transportation and attendance Manufacturing, warehouse, or lumber experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus but not required Pay Starting at $17.50/hour.
