Your Role:

Production Operator The Production Operator is responsible for preparing, executing, and cleaning/turnover of production processes in poultry vaccine production. All tasks are performed in accordance with internal and external guidelines.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive egg handling, including receipt, traying, disinfection, transfer, candling, incubation, inoculation, harvest, and inactivation processes. Execute various product manufacturing operations such as centrifugation, concentration, product emulsification, liquid filling, and lyophilization. Conduct thorough process and equipment preparation, including cleaning, disinfection, washing, wrapping, and sterilizing of glassware and equipment. Manage facility hygiene and sterilization by loading/unloading autoclaves and disinfecting room surfaces and equipment. Ensure appropriate material availability (chemicals, consumables) and utilize electronic systems (e.g., SAP) for material staging. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): High School Diploma/GED Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with moderate to limited degree of supervision. Ability to perform duties according to established SOP's, production records and company safety procedures. Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm Occasional weekend and off-hour work may be required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clean room environment may apply May be required to work in an area with exposure to potential allergens Position may require a certain amount of heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds) Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.
