• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in our Second Operation Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the set up and operation of a battery of machines, including performing quality inspection and minor machine adjustments

• Responsibilities:

• Set up machines Operate a battery of machines Perform quality inspections in accordance with policy Make minor adjustments and replace tools as indicated by quality inspection Make minor repairs Inspect hoppers and chutes for mixed parts Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Comply with policies, procedures, regulations and laws Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members.

Other duties as assigned:

Assist set-up and repair person Minor changeover including but not limited to hole, tap and plug size Screen, cob-meal and dry shavings and slugs Supply material for machine (in absence of utility person) Operate lifts Other assigned duties for which qualified

Requirements:

• Experience:

• Hands-on experience with production processes Machinery operation Quality control Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Basic reading, writing and mathematics are required Completion of on-the-job training Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required:
