Job Description:

EML is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the role of Manufacturing Labor. This position would include several different aspects such as machining, machine operation. assembly and other general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery and equipment. Assemble parts and components according to specifications. Perform general labor tasks as needed. Ensure attention to detail and quality in all tasks. Work various (swing) shifts as required.

Skills Needed:

Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch (preferred). Desire to work with your hands. Positive work ethic and attitude. Good attendance record. Ability to work well within a team.

Knowledge Required:

Manufacturing experience (preferred but not required). Understanding of basic assembly and machining processes. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. Ability to
