Requirements Packaging Operations Set up, operate, and break down canning and bottling lines Execute smooth changeovers and ensure materials are staged and ready Monitor runs and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Coordinate closely with the cellar team to keep product flowing Quality & Standards Perform or oversee routine QC checks (fill weights, seams, DO, carbonation, visual quality) Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all product meets standards Take ownership of the final product
  • nothing leaves the line that shouldn't Troubleshooting & Improvement Identify and resolve mechanical and process issues during runs to minimize downtime Perform basic maintenance and escalate larger issues as needed Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce product loss Team & Workflow Support packout and help keep the line running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout and after runs Step in wherever needed•we operate as a team Inventory & Tracking Accurately tTrack packaging materials and communicate inventory needs Record finished goods volumes and maintain accurate production data What Sets You Apart You're detail-oriented and take pride in doing things right You naturally look for ways to improve systems and processes You're reliable, proactive, and follow through You think like an owner, not just an operator You stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure Experience Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or brewing is preferred Not required•we're willing to train the right person with the right mindset Benefits Competitive pay Health/Dental/Vision Insurance plans with company contribution Employee discounts across brands Full-Time set schedule Room for growth in responsibility + pay
