General Assembly Location:
Clarkston, MI Pay Rate:
$17.25/hr
Bonus Opportunities:
$125 bonus after 124 hours works $250 bonus after 250 hours worked
Shift Time:
Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am (must be able to work overtime)
Overtime Incentives :
$15 bonus for working 6-day schedule without missing a day $25 bonus for working 7-day schedule without missing a day
Job Summary :
Performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass produce components or to assemble those components as instructed by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools. Operates any equipment needed to perform job. Performs related duties as needed by supervision. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per P.M. charts. Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma At least 1 full year of manufacturing experience
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
