Operator Position Summary:
The Assembly Operator is responsible for the efficient assembly of component parts to produce products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality of components are without defects. Attention to detail, perform visual inspection of parts. Maintain safe and clean work area, maintain 5S daily. Communicate assembly, quality, safety concerns, to Team Leader. Participate in problem solving activities. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Maintain punctual and reliable attendance. Available for overtime and/or weekend work. Responsible for accurately recording pieces produced and components scrapped on production paperwork. Knows and exhibits the MATIKON values. Performs all job functions in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure the preservation of the MATIKON Quality Policy.
